What are some of the things to do in the Valley? For starters, golf. The Coachella Valley is home to some of the world's most famous golf courses, most of which are available to the public. The Valley is equally famous for its tennis facilities. In addition to that soaking up the sun at one of the Valley's many resorts or spending a day at one of its world renown spas is a great way to pass a winter day. A ride on the Palm Spring Tram is a treat as is one of the many desert tours that are available. Any if you are really adventurous, you may want to take a hot air balloon ride over the Valley.
What about the nightlife? The Valley is home to many fine restaurants and casinos. In addition to that, theaters abound. Both Palm Desert and Palm Springs have cultural centers that attract world class entertainers.
