| Palm Springs Reservations and its affiliated operators, agents and suppliers of service, expressly disclaim and shall be held free of all responsibility or liability for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, delay or damage to person or property caused by any failure of facilities, delay or neglect or default of any company providing any service for these accommodations. Palm Springs Reservations reserves the right to withdraw or cancel accommodations before its commencement, and to substitute, when expedient or necessary, anything mentioned on the itinerary. No refunds will be made for any unused portion in the event of termination or cancellation of or by tour members. All rates are subject to change without prior notice; Portage and gratuities are not included. The services of any IATA or ATA and/or ATC air carrier may be used in connection with these accommodations. A deposit or any partial or full payment for a reservation shall constitute consent to all conditions stated in this responsibility clause. |
